Event Scholarship Policies

1. Each student requesting financial assistance must complete an Event Scholarship Application.
    

2. Unless the applicant’s church is experiencing unusual financial difficulty, it is expected that they will contribute towards the cost of the event.
    

3. The Diocesan Coordinator will review and determine scholarship eligibility.
    

4. Scholarships are usually given in 1/3 amounts (student pays 1/3, church pays 1/3, Dept. of Youth Ministries pays 1/3).
    

5. Churches may also request scholarship assistance for adult leaders.
