REGISTERING FOR AN EVENT
Go to the Index Page of the Department of Youth Ministries Website, you will see a list of the events for the year. Click on the desired event. On the page will be a link to the registration page.
Choose the event you wish to register for. Click on the name of the event for information or click on register now to begin registration process.
If it is your first time registering for an event, enter your e-mail address and select CREATE A PROFILE. Once you have completed a profile, you will be directed to the registration site. If you are a returning user, simply enter your e-mail address and password.
Fill in the REGISTRATION INFORMATION. The information followed by a blue star is a required field.
When you select a participant’s status, the amount they owe will automatically appear on the payment screen at the end of the registration procedure
If you are registering more than one participant, click YES next to the option to REGISTER ANOTHER PERSON, then click NEXT to proceed. The total amount owed will accumulate and appear on the payment screen in full.
When finished inputting all participants, click NO to REGISTER ANOTHER PERSON then NEXT to proceed to Billing Information.
PAYING FOR AN EVENT
Select your method of payment from the options given.
The online payment process is quick and easy and ensures that we get all of the money in a timely fashion.
If you choose the CHECKING method, you will need a check in front of you or get the information from your treasurer. There will be a clear image of where to find the information you will be required to submit on the check displayed on the payment screen.
The great thing about the online payment option for both the checking account and the credit/debit card is that you can save the account information to your profile so you only have to enter it the first event for which you register!
If you choose the CREDIT/DEBIT option, it is as simple as ordering a book or gift on line. You simply fill in the credit card information and you’re on your way to having spots at the event!
When you are finished filling out the payment information, click COMPLETE REGISTRATION and you will be redirected to a page that you can print for your own record.
You will also receive an e-mail confirmation.
As you can see, you can register all your youth and pay for them at one time. We suggest you register in bulk rather than having to make multiple payments.
To view whom you have registered, you can click on MY HISTORY at the top of the registration page, then click MY REGISTRATION.
You can also edit your PROFILE and/or BILLING INFORMATION through the links at the top of the page.
It is our hope to solely have online registration, which will allow for less paperwork and more time on both ends of the registration. We are excited about this new process and hope that you will find it as easy and helpful as we do.
